Fri. June 19th

This morning started out with a lab, a continuation of last night’s tide pools lab.  We looked at the difference between what invertebrates are found in the pool at night vs. during the day.  It was a GREAT day and we caught buckets full of urchins, crabs, sea slugs, sponges, sea cucumbers…..

We were then able to snorkel at the most beautiful beach – Puako.

Hawaiiana lesson tonight was myths and legends.
